Day 153: Boston (I love languages.)

Not only I worked out in the morning, I studied for TOEFL and GRE.
今天早上不只運動了，還準備了托福跟GRE。

Studying for TOEFL is fun and makes me feel like good old days when I study English every day in the morning. However, GRE is a nightmare...
準備托福很好玩而且讓我感覺像是每天早上讀英文的好時光。但是，GRE是惡夢...

I HATE STUDY FOR TESTS!!! And unlike TOEFL is language proficiency EVALUATION, GRE is a test you have to study for. When you see the options for a problem, and you don't recognize any of them, it's not encouraging for you to study at all, it's destructing. At least for me.
我恨為考試而讀書!!! 而且不像托福是語言能力「評估」，GRE就是你必須要讀的考試。當你看到題目的選項，一個都看不懂，這根本不會鼓勵你努力讀，只是讓人感到無力而已。至少對我是這樣。

Thankfully, math problems are soooo easy, but I still don't want to study for it. Many film-making program don't require GRE.
幸好，數學超簡單，但我還是不想讀它。很多電影科系又不看GRE。

Tests are created to kill my interests learning languages.
考試是被創造來扼殺我學語言的興趣的。

I went to Go club meeting tonight. I played with William. I had three stones handicap, and luckily, I won. There's a Taiwanese guy, but we didn't have much time chatting. Coincidentally, he's from Taichung as well. Besides, I made friends with John who speaks awesome Japanese. He was an exchange scholar in Japan, and even though I still couldn't speak fluently, but I could tell that my hardworking during winter vacation is helpful and successful!!!
晚上去圍棋社。我跟William下，他讓我三顆，很幸運地我贏了。今天有一個台灣人，可惜我們沒有很多時間聊天。很巧的是，他也是台中人。另外，我認識了John，他日文超棒。他之前在日本當交換學者，而且即使我還是說的有點卡，但我可以感覺的到我寒假的認真有幫助而且很成功!!!

It's always good to know new friends who share same interest with you!!! Go, languages and sports.
